🧵 I’m often asked why a novel isn’t selling and I thought it’d be worth noting here as the same issues tend to arise starting with poor sales pages immediately sink sales.
1. The cover should either stand out or follow market trends and give visual clues to the story 1/

8. Do your best to get the review section populated! Ask for readers to review! This is the reader-to-reader sales pitch. Don’t worry about negatives (unless they all are!). What one reader hates, another loves & will buy off that! 8/

@volcmacaingeal Hi Gage! You’re making some fundamental errors that are sinking your novel’s sales. Ebooks to the children’s market aren’t an easy sell but on top of this your cover should reflect market trends & your blurb needs entirely reworking. You also have space to utilize A+ content.
