With information that is different to what was said over 24 hours ago, there is no inclement weather and some of Illovo has been restored. How can a trip/fault after partial restoration take more than 12 hours to fix.

Surely you can get more detail and put more resources towards fixing the cydna substation.

A ETR of some sort, it's the coldest day of the year and we need to make plans for food etc.

We understand an ETR is a difficult thing to be held accountable to, but surely there's slightly more info.

The planned maintenance time period is now up. So it is 2 faults that were "located" this morning.

There has to be somewhat of an understanding as to when we will have power restored.
