I think it only fair that these claims be directed towards the descendants of the slaveholders, who received compensation from the Government of the day.
A list of recipients can be found here; the Legacies of British Slavery database created by University College London (https://t.co/xRxS5bMbx9).
Today is the day the Siege of Malta ended with a Christian victory.
The Siege where 700 Christian knights defeated 40,000 ottomans and secured the future of Christian Europe.
@Cllr_R_Adamson@jomickane He said they were tasked with the job of picking up the boat. As I understand it, the tasking comes from HM Coastguard. HM Coastguard are also part of the trafficking operation.
@AntoVoidance@benonwine No, they don't have a Police power of arrest. They patrol streets, respond to calls or situations. In some Police areas they can detain someone for up to 30 minutes until Police arrive.
Nick Seton-Rogers, her friend, who was present when she made the speech had this to say about her comments "She wasn’t sympathetic to that maniac who killed her children" (see above). I take his word on this. As for hormonal men you forgot to add "evil" to their attributes. That is what they are.
@seton_nick29275@inverdantfire@RupertLowe10@RestoreBritain She was simply stating the facts. Post natal depression is very real. Some women suffer dreadfully, sometimes with devastating outcomes. With the right help they can recover. How is the truth controversial?
So the depth and size of the Greenland ice sheet is increasing but we are told that ‘manmade global warming’ is setting the world on fire.
Have you realised that you are being played by the Climate Hoax ?
It’s a clever plan to make you poorer, colder and less free.
All for your own ‘welfare and safety’ of course.
¿Cómo vamos a crear riqueza?
¿Cómo vamos a organizar los incentivos?
¿Cómo vamos a asignar recursos escasos?
Silencio.
¿Cómo vas a hacerla funcionar?
🚨 STOP COMPLAINING — IT’S LITERALLY TRAINING YOUR BRAIN TO BE NEGATIVE
Ever notice how some people seem stressed all the time, even over small things? Science says it’s not just their personality — it’s their brain.
Research shows that repeated complaining actually rewires your brain. Every time you complain, your brain activates stress and threat-detection circuits. Do it again and again, and those circuits get stronger. This process is called neuroplasticity — your brain becomes better at whatever you practice most.
So if you constantly talk about problems, frustrations, and annoyances, your brain learns to search for negativity. What starts as a bad day slowly turns into a habit of negative thinking. Over time, the brain treats the world as a dangerous place, even when nothing is wrong.
This is why chronic complainers often feel tense, irritated, or overwhelmed by small issues. Their stress level stays high because their brain is stuck in “alert mode.” Even minor problems feel big, because the brain has been trained to react that way.
The powerful part? This can be reversed. Stanford researchers explain that once you understand how your brain works, you can retrain it. Shifting how you speak — focusing on solutions, gratitude, or learning — builds new, healthier pathways. Your brain can be trained for calm, resilience, and clarity just as easily as it was trained for stress.
What you repeat, your brain remembers.
So choose your words carefully — you’re shaping your mind every day.
