Same again today, 8:17 from Giffnock rammed full - definitely a health & safety issue. Why on earth is a small train being used? I got on the 3:47 the other day and it was 6 carriages and EMPTY! Why are ScotRail turning a blind eye?!?

@ScotRail works at giffnock means only one door opens way into Glasgow - train is jam packed standing room only. Why can’t more than one door open it’s dangerous inside the train

@ScotRail yet again the 9:13 train whitecraigs to glasgow train was full by queens park. Dozens of commuters left standing on the platform including school kids.Ridiculous putting on a 3 carriage train with only alternate neilston train leaving 40 mins beforehand.
