We would like to highlight and celebrate the exciting news that the North Valley Community Foundation, through the Butte Strong Fund has awarded a $250,000 grant to the Hope Crisis Network, which will help build 🔨 a dormitory for volunteers who are assisting in the recovery!
Since May of 2019 their team has assisted a total of 243 referrals and helped 546 individuals. Their team is small but mighty as they’ve been doing all of this work with just one full time Community Resource Specialist, and two part-time. We are thankful for their efforts!
MO Spotlight: For our first highlight we would like to recognize our member organization @thejesuscenter. The Jesus Center Community Resource Team was created in response to the Camp Fire to assist individuals and families as Community Resource Specialists.
