@0x26d I suggest you answer with a question - "What range have you budgeted for me to come onboard?" Get the employer to say the first number. This allows you to see how they value their employees, and to judge where you fit in their range.

@WomenWhoMoney In my town, libraries cost taxpayers about $1.25/yr. It's the best education/entertainment/family support/childcare/business deal out there.
