- YES! No 2nd dose = incomplete protection. To be fully vaccinated, you need both doses + two weeks after 2nd dose. Get completely vaccinated to return to a sense of normalcy.

So far, variants are well handled by vaccines—especially mRNA vaccines. But there's no guarantee that will continue to be the case, which is why we must urgently reduce spread, establish vaccine manufacturing hubs, and expand vaccination globally as soon as possible.
