Miguel needs his second chance. He’s been incarcerated since he was 17 despite not killing anyone. He is trying to find a way to bring his parole forward and have his case reviewed. He’s paid dearly for being involved in a crime aged 17.

It's 98° outside SQ right now. Can you imagine how hot it is on the 5th tier in reception? They have no ventilation, no fans, no electricity, no personal property, just a tiny cell and a bunkmate. 😢

It’s 106° in Solano & Vacaville State Prison right now. Tomorrow it’ll be 112°. I spent 3 summers in one of those cells w another adult. It’s much hotter inside. There’s no cooling system, the vents blow in outside air & the concrete walls heat up, turning the cells into ovens.

Miguel is doing well. He is hopeful and focused trying to get an earlier parole hearing. He’s spent far too long prison, esp considering he didn’t commit murder. He’s been in prison since he was 17

Due to COVID people are being released on early parole. We’d like for Miguel to be considered as one of them. However he’s not eligible until Dec 2021. We need an attorney that will help him
