@ComesJustice@JonFromAlberta You have obviously read the treaties, and KNOW that the land was ceded, released, surrendered and yielded up!

@SexsmithRichard@JonFromAlberta What do you care? You didn't care when Trudeau (and now Carney) attacked our main industry; or when our voices were not counted; or when we had a referendum to stop equalization payments; or when only takers with our oil were banned...so keep going with not caring!
Nobody gets a truck unstuck by spinning the tires forever.
At some point you stop and ask a simple question:
“What’s the plan?”
Not the hope.
Not the slogan.
Not the promise that things will somehow be different next time.
The plan.
Alberta has spent decades sending governments to Ottawa, electing different parties, negotiating, compromising, waiting, and hoping.
Yet the same fundamental problems remain.
Policies affecting Alberta are still decided by people who don’t live here.
Federal elections are still decided elsewhere.
Our industries are still restricted by decisions made outside Alberta.
And every time Albertans ask what comes next, we’re told some version of:
“Just keep trying.”
“Just wait for the next election.”
“Just give it more time.”
How long?
Five more years?
Ten?
Fifty?
If Alberta stays, what’s the plan?
Not the dream.
Not the wish.
The actual plan.
I support Alberta Independence.
Here are headlines from the UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.
Simultaneously, they all want a social media ban. "To protect the children".
Our governments aren't calling the shots; they're following orders.
This is just one example. Every law passed happens in the exact same way in all for 4 countries. This cannot be possible unless each leader of each country works for the exact same people.
Our leaders are not elected; they are installed.

From 2007–2022, Alberta had $244.6 billion extracted to fund other provinces.
$15.3 billion per year
$1.28 billion per month
$42 million per day
And for what?
Blocked pipelines. Federal hostility. Carbon taxes. Anti-energy laws.
This is why Alberta needs independence.
The OLDEST CHRISTIAN village in the world is burning.
Taybeh, Palestine.
The last 100% Christian Palestinian village, where Christ resurrected Lazarus, build the Church of St. Michael.
@mario4thenorth Alberta has been saying that the Liberal policies are locking us into an unsustainable state! Alberta is not landlocked: we are POLICY-LOCKED!

Big mistake.
First, they will not be able to stop the sign, the Charter ensure that.
Second, everyone is now very aware of a simple billboard in Taber.
Third, this fiasco is a fantastic example of how the system is against freedom.
It's time for change. Let's do this.
In an Independent Alberta, you’ll still be free to buy gas-powered trucks—fuelled by our abundant resources.
The rest of Canada? Enjoy charging your EVs in -30°C.

Just spent time in Canada this week.
The cost of living was honestly shocking. Groceries, gas, everyday basics… BRUTAL.
Made me appreciate that affordability and economic stability actually matter more than people admit. 🇺🇸
Listening to @GadSaad break down Canadian taxes on Sean Hannity… aren’t you just excited to be Canadian??
From January 1st until the end of August, you work for free for the government.
Only starting in September do you finally get to keep what you actually earned.
Provincial tax capped at 25.75%. Federal tax at 33%. Already deep into the 50s before you even spend a dollar.
Then add the double sales tax, carbon tax, gas tax, property tax, and school tax — and you’re left with roughly 30 cents on every dollar you make.
This isn’t “contributing to society.” This is modern serfdom dressed up as compassion.
The same government that wastes billions on ArrivScam, failed apps, and fax machine replacement programs now expects you to hand over eight months of your life every single year.
And they still have the nerve to tell you there’s no money left for actual Canadians.
Wake up. This didn’t happen by accident.

I respect Poilievre & his love for Alberta. But respecting someone doesn’t mean we stop asking questions. If the answer is “just keep trying,” it’s fair to ask how that’s different from what Alberta has been trying for decades. Our kids deserve an honest conversation about this.
