#بيان_مشترك بين وزارتي خارجية سلطنة عُمان وكندا بمناسبة زيارة وزيرة خارجية كندا 🇨🇦🇴🇲

استقبل معالي السيد بدر بن حمد بن حمود البوسعيدي @badralbusaidi وزير خارجية سلطنة عُمان، معالي أنيتا أناند، وزيرة خارجية كندا، في مسقط بتاريخ 13 مايو 2026، وذلك في أول زيارة رسمية لوزير خارجية كندي إلى سلطنة عمان منذ أكثر من عشر سنوات. وقد عكست الزيارة المسار الإيجابي للعلاقات الثنائية على مدى الخمسين عاماً الماضية، وأكدت الالتزام المشترك بتعزيز السلام والاستقرار في المنطقة.

واتفق الوزيران على الارتقاء بمستوى الشراكة الثنائية، ووقعا مذكرة تفاهم في مجال المشاورات السياسية، بهدف إرساء حوار ثنائي منتظم. وعلى وجه الخصوص، اتفق الجانبان على تعزيز التعاون الثنائي في مجالات التجارة والطاقة والمعادن الحيوية والتعليم العالي والسياحة، إضافة إلى توثيق الروابط بين الشعبين. وأشارا إلى أن حجم التبادل التجاري بين البلدين بلغ 222 مليون دولار كندي في عام 2025، مؤكدين وجود إمكانات كبيرة لتحقيق مزيد من النمو الاقتصادي.

وتبادل الوزيران وجهات النظر بشأن النزاع في المنطقة، وشددا على أهمية حماية أرواح المدنيين، ودعم جهود خفض التصعيد، وضمان حرية الملاحة في مضيق هرمز. كما أعربت الوزيرة أناند عن تقديرها للدور العُماني الراسخ في الدبلوماسية الإقليمية على مدى السنوات الماضية. وأكد الوزيران مجدداً التزامهما المشترك بالقانون الدولي، بما في ذلك احترام سيادة الدول ووحدة أراضيها.

وأعربت الوزيرة أناند عن خالص تقديرها لحفاوة الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة اللذين حظيت بهما من حكومة سلطنة عُمان، مؤكدة التزام كندا ببناء شراكة جوهرية ومستقبلية مع سلطنة عُمان.
