WU: For the future of Ed tech, I hope we start becoming more purposeful. Stop with all the nonsense tech and find things that actual work in the classroom that are either free or cheap enough that schools could purchase rights for it #tldeuno2022
A2: My current favorite EdTech tool is DeltaMath. This app allows you to assign a problems to students and it provides them with an example of how to solve a similar problem. As a teacher, I can see how long and how many attempts it took them. #tlde2022
A3: Don’t implement too much tech just to say you’re using tech. Paper/pencil, whiteboards, peer-to-peer interaction has worked for a long time, so just cause it is available to us doesn’t always mean it should be used. #tlde2022
Canva is something I’ve been playing around with more lately. Maybe I’ll use it to make my own wedding invitations! Has anyone done that before?! #tldeuno2022
A1: To me, Edtech is technology used in classrooms that provides a meaningful purpose to enhance the learning environment. That purpose can change depending on the tech. Could be collaboration with peers, instant feedback, or help to differentiate learning. #tldeuno2022
@savanna_young_ I think students would think it's so cool to be able to connect with us in an appropriate way on social media! Letting them see how we use twitter could be a great way to teach them about how they should be using social media!
WU: Like all things in Education, Twitter can be a great tool if used appropriately. Twitter is a great way to connect with people all around the world. It’s nice to have a fresh view sometimes. We can get sucked into old habits & forget to challenge ourselves.

@MadieBrady_ @peetzx3 Totally agree! I'm trying to not follow a bunch of random accounts though and am trying to be very specific on who I follow so my account isn't overturned with nonsense.
@momarchs@JeanneM222 Totally agree! I found myself searching and searching and searching for different useful twitter accounts. It can be intimidating.
