Let me be clear that I am 100% against all fraud including Nick Shirley committing fraud.
If Nick Shirley had not casted such a wide net and accuse innocent people of in-home care fraud that never happened then I would have nothing to complain about.
As Marcella already pointed out, they're already is a law that would stop Nick Shirley from accusing innocent people of fraud. When Nick surely finds fraud in hospice care then he should only be reporting on fraud in hospice care and leave the innocent in-home care, people out of his accusations.
@DailyDUHlusion@ScottAdamsSays Your example has nothing to do with my issue with Nick Shirley's reporting style that results in innocent people being accused of a crime that they did not commit.
@DailyDUHlusion@ScottAdamsSays My problem is Nick Shirley has wrongly accused some in home care providers of fraud that are not committing fraud. Your are wasting your breathe bring up hospice.
If everybody that Nick Shirley accused of fraud was committing fraud, then I would not have a problem.
However, Nick Shirley has never apologized for committing fraud himself by attacking innocent people caught up in his reckless reporting style of accusing everybody of fraud with no proof.
@DailyDUHlusion@ScottAdamsSays In home care and hospice care are not the same thing. The Nick Shirley videos were about in-home care offices where the staff could not answer his questions do to HIPAA, not fraud. Empty hotel rooms have nothing to do with what Nick Shirley reported.
@OwenGregorian FYI, the issue was not a dead battery. Kids would steal the 9-Volt battery from the smoke detector to power their Mattel Football hand held game.
@MarcelaMarjean@Tharrison1840 I hate that I know this, but clear silicon glassware will stain very easily and when, not if, it happens, men you need to run for cover.
Socialism takes away other people's freedom based on an idea that none compliant people are evil. Socialism's main problem is who decides who is evil for being none complient.
We need to start enforcing common sense laws that apply to everybody based on their actions, not based on an idea they are evil for working hard to live a beter life.
@DailyDUHlusion@ScottAdamsSays You are the one giving Nick Shirley credit. I am claiming Nick Shirley reporting technique did not find smoke. Nick Shirley found nothing and claims nothing is something.
Before VP Vance involvement, it was just clicks and not a big deal.
I can see Nike Shirley's reporting technique of claiming fraud without proof of fraud is a version of fraud. More people should be made at the fraud being committed by Nick Shirley that earns him money from clicks.
@DailyDUHlusion@ScottAdamsSays Because at least one of the offices Nick Shirley accused of fraud is supplying the employees that are doing in home care services for people I know.
It is dangerous to imagine that the patients that need and use home care do not exist.
I am all for shutting down the fraudsters, but do not throw out the baby with the bath water. More than half a million patients are in danger of loosing their home care services.
Nick Shirley is intentionally not showing you the whole picture just to get clicks.
I dare you to visit a blind center and see for yourself a handful of the patients that rely on home care. I dare you to investigate just how many people lost their eyesight to Diabetes, Glaucoma, and Macular Degeneration.
By not showing you the whole picture, your hero Nick Shirley is a bit of a fraudster himself. Take a second look at Nick Shirley reporting style. Now imagine Nick Shirley is accusing you of committing fraud and only focusing his camera on your office. Your employees work in patient's homes and rarely go to your office. What would people watching the video imagine about you?
