The Minister Mandate Letter says he should continue to bring newcomers to Canada to drive economic growth and recovery, as set out in the 2021-2023 Immigration Levels Plan. If they do not increase the plan 2022 will either be a year of growing backlogs or very restrictive intake.

@shelby_thevenot @kareemelassal @copperman2021 @canadavisa_com Thanks for the reply but what I wanted to clarify is that the no. of applications will be much less than no. of persons. For instance, if I apply for PR with 4 persons in my family, so the application will be just 1 but persons will be 4.
I hope you get my point.
