Are you okay? Why don’t you look to the real issue that Canada has, the reason for such a strong and harsh demise over the last 11 years?
America 🇺🇸 is not our problem. Our problem is state-funded media, who have brainwashed Liberal voters into thinking Liberals have our best interest at heart. Canada has lost $1T in investment since 2015. If that doesn’t tell you anything, you might just be a lost cause.
Finalement, on apprend que Mark Carney n'a pas voulu signer l'entente, car ses exigences étaient pour protéger l'industrie auto de l'ONTARIO...pas le français du Québec. Les Americains ont refusé. Carney prend les Québécois pour des idiots.

Everybody needs to watch this and share it. I’m actually shocked CBC aired this interview, but I’m glad they did. Canadians deserve to hear the U.S. side of what happened with these trade talks too.
“Greer denied the White House… asked for a say in the trade deals Canada cuts with other countries… ‘We didn't have any text like that… We talked about, let's co-ordinate on a bilateral basis… It wasn't, 'Canada shall' or anything like that. It's, 'Let's talk about this.'"🤔
Peter MacKay is correct.
The very reason they haven’t released the details of the deal Carney walked away from is because it will expose the truth. Carney made up the reasons to walk away. He never wanted a deal.
The entire event of him cancelling it including his press conference seemed over the top and ridiculous, that’s what you do when you are trying to play people for fools.
Did anyone happen to notice, no protests in the USA this summer, no damaged police cars and no fires! Soro's put on notice and no funding! Make a big difference!
@AndrewLawton Isn't that the norm? Stand up to Trump, call him names, throw insults and take tantrums, re-announce big projects and give away monopoly money so they can get their poll numbers up and then they feel safe and secure enough they can start back tracking and caving.
This is what happens when you make plans affecting people's lives and livelihoods on the back of a napkin.
Mark Carney's Liberals are already backtracking on some of their poorly-thought-out countertariffs two days after announcing them.
Recall parliament. Present a real plan.
The USA has repeatedly denied it ever made the French language a serious issue in the negotiations.
Sadly the Canadian government has a long history of lying to Canadians about almost everything. Making them the least credible source of information in Canada.
Why would the USA lie about this? We know why the Liberals would.
BACK STORY: Carney is sacrificing the Canadian economy in hopes of hurting Trump and the GOP pre-midterms—esp. in Maine & Michigan. His team is being advised by at least one former HRC staff. Very very risky move.
As we enter the final week of this election, my team and I are more determined than ever to work hard, connect with voters, and earn every single vote in Beaches–East York.
The Northern Syndicate: Inside the Covert Democrat Operation to Weaponize Canada Against America
The globalist establishment in Washington has established a subversive forward operating base in Ottawa, coordinating directly with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney to sabotage the Trump administration from foreign soil. In mid-July, Carney quietly installed veteran Democrat operative Maia Johnson into a newly manufactured role as Chief Operating Officer of the Prime Minister’s Office, functioning as the direct Canadian equivalent of the White House Chief of Staff and marking the first time anyone has held such a title in their government.
Johnson concurrently holds the position of Senior Special Advisor for United States Stakeholder Strategy, a post handed to her in February of this year. Tellingly, Ottawa completely omitted any official announcement of her hiring on the Prime Minister’s official website. This covert appointment poses a glaring national security vulnerability: because Johnson is an American citizen, she is legally forbidden from receiving a Top Secret security clearance, leaving the public to wonder what classified materials and high-level intelligence she handles daily as Carney’s top deputy.
Johnson's entire career demonstrates deep loyalty to the Democrat machinery. She served as Director of Scheduling for Hillary Clinton’s failed 2016 presidential campaign before moving to Michael Bloomberg’s now-defunct political consulting outfit, Hawkfish, where she delivered strategic consulting services to the Biden campaign between August and December of 2020. She subsequently transitioned into a role at Bloomberg LP, and while Federal Election Commission records show no direct expenditures indicating formal employment with the 2024 Biden-Harris campaign, she actively financed the operation through ActBlue contributions.
These ties to Bloomberg created the direct pipeline to Carney. As the United Nations Special Envoy on Climate Action and Finance starting in 2019, following his tenures governing both the Bank of Canada and the Bank of England, Carney dedicated himself to developing tools, guidance, and products for investors that will combine positive social and environmental outcomes with strong risk-adjusted returns, according to a biography from the World Bank. When Carney co-chaired the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero (GFANZ), founded in 2021 with Bloomberg as co-chair and current chairman, Johnson supplied Carney with direct research and organizational support.
Once Johnson embedded herself inside the Canadian government to direct United States stakeholder strategy and bilateral relations, Carney and the Liberal Party dramatically escalated their hospitality toward high-ranking American leftists. Alex Soros visited Canada twice this year alone, while Barack Obama delivered a keynote address at the Canada 2020 gala in Toronto, highlighting Carney's success in bringing them north to strategize against President Trump. This corrupt ecosystem relies heavily on Gerald Butts, the former political adviser and strategist to Justin Trudeau and the well-known architect of the Liberal Party’s net-zero climate agenda, making him a natural ally of Carney.
Butts presently works alongside Carney’s wife, Diana Fox Carney, at Eurasia Group, where both hold titles of senior advisor. Public records confirm that Eurasia Group received multiple consulting contracts from the Canadian government between 2011 and 2024. Both Carney and Butts maintain significant ties to John Podesta, the longtime Democrat powerbroker who served as Bill Clinton’s White House Chief of Staff, chaired Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, and later held multiple climate-related roles in the Biden administration.
The institutional incest between Canadian Liberals and American Democrats spans over a decade. Hillary Clinton was a featured speaker at a Canada 2020 conference in 2014 that doubled as a fundraiser for the Liberal Party of Canada, followed in 2017 by another Canada 2020 conference that doubled as a fundraiser for Trudeau and featured Obama. In 2025, former Stephen Harper speechwriter Matt Taube told the New York Post that Podesta and Butts clearly know each other, but Carney’s campaign has been very careful not to tie him to anyone too specifically. Podesta reportedly helped facilitate a private meeting uniting Carney, Obama, and Soros during Obama’s May 2026 speech in Toronto. Several weeks later, another private gathering took place in Nova Scotia, featuring federal Industry Minister Mélanie Joly, Soros, his wife Huma Abedin, who remains a longtime Hillary Clinton loyalist, and Frank McKenna, who currently serves as deputy chair of TD Bank Group and chair of Brookfield Asset Management.
These intertwined relationships factor heavily into the current collapse of Canadian-American relations. On July 1, United States Trade Representative Jameson Greer issued formal notice that America did not agree to renew the USMCA in its current form, kicking off a review period for each country involved to address the agreement’s shortcomings. After a month of talks failed to produce a deal, Carney announced that his country is now at war with the United States after suspending negotiations with Greer, asserting in a report from Breitbart News that Canada cannot accept what was offered and will not give what was asked. In Greer’s account of the negotiations, it was the Canadians who scuttled the deal with new demands and walk backs of other commitments in the final hours.
President Trump struck back on Monday by announcing a 50 percent tariff on all trucks, cars, and steel from Canada in response to Canadian duties on American agricultural products. On Truth Social, Trump exposed the reality: Canada has been ripping off the United States of America for years. Their ridiculously high tariffs on our Farmers and farm products has made life impossible for these great American Patriots, and has long created a 60 Billion Dollar Deficit between our two Countries. Trump made it clear that this arrangement is not sustainable and will no longer be tolerated, adding that while Ottawa feels entitled, America does not need Canada, but Canada needs America, since they do 95 percent of their business with the United States while the opposite is true for the American economy.
The Canadian government’s calculated obstruction carries massive implications for the November midterms. At minimum, the Prime Minister’s Office must be forced to become fully forthcoming regarding Johnson’s actual role, her security clearances, and every covert meeting Carney takes with prominent Democrats in their brazen attempts to weaken President Trump’s negotiating leverage and subvert the American government.
