The wages for hospitality over here are liveable. Tips are not a thing and I know that it would be hard for Canadian culture to get used to, but it would greatly benefit the industry going forward.

@RingOfFireCGY I still watch because I'm a #Flames fan, through and through. 🔥 Plus, I'm a big fan of the game hockey.

But, I'm definitely not enjoying watching these days, unfortunately.

I'd rather watch the young guys play, learn, grow and lose then watch veterans struggle to win 🫤
