@Pete_Rudkins @BowTiedGatorDDS @bruce_condello Yeah I was told I was brushing too hard even though I used extra soft brushes all the time. I hadn't noticed my gums receding until I got hit with c@vid really bad a few years ago. I mentioned it to my dentists and they looked at me like I was stunned

I have receding gums and wondered how to fix them without getting constant surgery (I've had it done once and $1300 per tooth is insane to me)
