@ShopTSC very disappointed in the customer service received and will never shop with you again. Ordered an item Nov 29 arrived damaged. Replacement has been missing for five weeks, no communication. Now order has been cancelled. 2.5 months of a runaround. Do better!

@lululemon watch out for misleading sales. Ordered an item on sale, 3 weeks later you canceled the order. 10 days later the Items were magically in stock at a higher price. Wouldn’t the right thing to do would be to fill canceled orders at the original price? Anyone else ?

@lululemon 10 days after placing an order it was cancelled without explanation? 5 emails received but they look like fake emails. Cancelled or not? If cancelled , better customer service would be to send a reason and perhaps a coupon for future purchase? #customerservicefail
