📌 EMERGENCY HEARING CALLED DUE TO LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION OF PROCTORS DEPOSITION

Judge Gildea isn't just taking Michael Proctor's emergency motion at face value.
In a hearing set for Monday morning, the Court ordered Proctor's side to explain:
🔹 When counsel learned of the witness's unavailability
🔹 When Karen Read's attorneys were notified
🔹 Why deposition preparation couldn't happen today or over the weekend
🔹 And provide support for the claimed witness unavailability
That's not a rubber stamp. That's a judge demanding answers.
With Proctor's deposition scheduled for June 8, the timing of this last-minute request is raising serious questions. Karen Read's team has been pushing for sworn testimony, and now the Court wants to know exactly why it can't proceed as planned.

Well known defense attorney Rosemary Scapicchio publicly stated that every criminal case handled by Michael Proctor should be dismissed. She pointed out that because Proctor openly discussed planting evidence, the Commonwealth can no longer justify the integrity of any investigation he touched.
In possession cases that you ask about, there are and will be requests to vacate convictions and release defendants who may be incarcerated based on investigations by Proctor who according to the filing said, ... "plant a bag of coke on him, and be like, 'You're going in.'"

Four weeks ago we exclusively revealed on this Page, that there remains an ongoing FBI Investigation into the death of Officer John O'Keefe. This was being led by a specialist team working out of the FBI Field Office in Chelsea, Massachussets.

According to the civil complaint, the man put in writing his willingness to plant evidence against drug suspects. Plural. As in, more than once. Is there a person alive who thinks that if the jury had been aware of those statements, that jury would not have believed it was reasonably possible that Proctor assisted in the planting of taillight pieces that he and his supervisor (who have him rave reviews) found after it "revealed itself" over the course of 2 weeks? Would the jury find Proctor's testimony that he was not "looking for nudes" even less credible if it had been aware that he and Goode discussed the improper sharing of nude photos? We'll live praise for Hitler, mocking Anne Frank, embracing rape, shocking degrees of racism and other misogyny out of this.

Aidan is a hero — period. If it wasn’t for his relentless and self-sacrificing guerrilla journalism, we would not be seeing this absolutely repugnant corruption being exposed in such a glaring and unprecedented manner. Karen Read’s malicious and unjust prosecution will be a case study in human rights for the rest of the run of humanity. I only hope this is a watershed moment for change, because none of this is speculation anymore. What we’ve all seen today doesn’t happen in a vacuum, and I’ve never seen behavior of this level spelled out so explicitly.

There’s no more defending it. There’s no more hand-waving it. It’s right there and you have to look at how ugly it is.
