Incredibly sad news.

We were honoured to welcome Benjamin and his family to St. James’ Park in 2014 and we offer our deepest sympathies to them and all those who loved him.

Forever a Geordie 🖤🤍

Actual Top 5:

Joey Spallina

With Silas Richmond expected to hear his name called at the NLL Draft, here’s a story that stuck with me.

At the 2026 Presidents Cup, a young fan was extremely nervous to meet his idol, Silas. I introduced them, and a minute later Silas was running out to his car trying to find him a @PLLWaterdogs shirt.

He couldn’t find one, so he came back with one of his own heads and gave it to him.

You always see Silas with a stick in his hands.

This is the kind of stuff you don’t see on the stat sheet.

George Chuvalo, the five-time Canadian heavyweight champion and two-time world heavyweight title challenger, has passed away at 89 years old.

Chuvalo's career was defined by two mega-bouts with Muhammad Ali, in which Chuvalo drew kudos for standing toe-to-toe with the most gifted and charismatic boxer of the era.
