@RIASInsurance Still got a hole in my roof. 23rd Feb reported, now 21st May. Worst insurer award goes to @RIASInsurance 🏆<- this is for being pants.

Surveyors looking at it and navel gazing is great, but when is the man with some ladders going to turn up and fix it?

@RIASInsurance How about you call me back so I don't have to hold for in excess of 3 hrs. Bear with us we are busy is 10 mins, 3 hrs on hold is you don't resource your staff properly and goes way beyond please keep holding and be patient.

@RIASInsurance Not that being insured with rias means you can ever make a claim as they don't correspond by email or answer the phone! After 3 hrs of hold music the "we know your waiting and want to talk to you, we will be on the phone soon" wears very thin.
