Orra Collider is HERE.
Our first synth, and we've been heads down on this for months. So excited to finally get it in your hands.
On the surface it's an oscillator collision chamber. Two sources get analyzed into their individual partials and collided, bin for bin, inside a spectral chamber. 8 collision modes decide the physics. Impact clangs them together. Absorb eats holes in one with the other. Fuse welds them into a single voice. Fracture tears the spectrum apart and puts it back wrong on purpose.
And it's a full flagship synth around that: wavetables with a full editor, 4 envelopes, 4 LFOs, a step sequencer, a real arpeggiator with a paintable pattern mode, MPE, a proper FX rack, and 100 factory presets.
But here's the part we're proudest of. You don't only have to build patches in Collider, you can ROLL them. Pick an IDEA (pluck, pad, 808, texture, etc.), hit GENERATE, and it writes a complete patch. Sources, collision mode, filter, effects, mod routings, voicing. Dozens of decisions in one press, and they actually make sense together.
Then the 6 BIAS dials change the game. They don't edit the patch, they re-weight the generator itself. Darker. More aggressive. Longer. More movement. DRIFT decides how far each roll travels: wide open, every press is a stranger; pulled down, it's a sibling of the last one. Lock the sections you love and re-roll the rest.
You can genuinely dial in a finished sound with 6 dials, a padlock, and a dozen presses. It still blows our minds and we made it lol
And when you want to go deep, everything the generator just did is right there to grab and tweak. Which honestly makes it a great way to LEARN synthesis. Generate something cool, open it up, see how it's made, take it apart.
Generate. Bias. Lock. Repeat. We can't wait to hear what you make with it.
Orra Collider, our first synth. Out now, $49 with a free 14-day demo.
