OCCRP has obtained corporate documents for 31 companies registered in Azerbaijan, which have managed the safety aspects of “shadow fleet” tankers that avoid sanctions in order to trade in Russian oil and other petroleum products.

@AteoBreaking@MakichyanA I don't think neither my conversation nor Arshak's with him proves a fulfilled act of alleged crime. It's an offer. Though, I'm not a lawyer.
I noticed that Armenia has started a criminal investigation against Mika Badalyan, who stated that he helped 1000's of Armenians to come from Russia. @MakichyanA exposed it when he was offered a ticket. On June 1, I asked Badalyan too. This is what he told me.

[1/7] I'm heading to Armenia to cover the June 7 parliamentary elections and the days that follow.
The plan is to start in Samvel Karapetyan's hometown of Tashir before working our way south via Voskepar and Ijevan, the town where Nikol Pashinyan was born.
Armenia’s internal and external crises came to a head before the Sunday election. But it's not a simple case of pro-Western democracy breaking away from Russia — rather a post-Soviet power struggle with geopolitics, identity politics & salacious rumours thrown into the mix —>

@IdenSark Of course. I have a wide network of Artsakhis. I'm particularly interested in their status in Armenia today. It's totally underreported in non-Armenian media.

If you read my Q&A, then you'll see that I mention that too. The focus will, however, be mostly on the Russian interference. The reason is the extend of it and the methods. It's allegedely much more visible on the ground and in practice. Political endorsement is not physical in the same way.
