KEMRI in collaboration with several partners is conducting a medical camp offering free diagnosis and treatment for communicable and non-communicable diseases.
We’re also creating awareness and education on cancer and conducting free screening for cervical and breast cancer.

Cervical cancer can be prevented by getting vaccinated against HPV, having regular Pap tests and HPV tests, and avoiding or limiting the risk factors including having multiple partners. HPV vaccine is freely available for all girls in Kenya, ages 9 – 15.
