⚠️ A driver caught travelling 163 km/h in a 100 km/h zone on Stoney Trail near Bow Trail S.W. last summer appeared in court last week & was convicted, receiving a $1,200 fine & a 21‑day licence suspension.

Driving at that speed puts not only the driver but everyone around them at serious risk.

🛑 In Alberta, exceeding the speed limit by 51 km/h or more requires a mandatory court appearance.

We all have a role to play in keeping each other safe. Slow down, stay patient & make choices that help prevent serious collisions.
