From the very beginning of the season, I experienced almost every emotion possible within this team the highs and the lows. Every single player went through hell at times. There were moments when we even lost faith in ourselves because we tried everything. We worked harder than ever, yet we still finished the season 0–5.

Despite everything that happened, I never stopped believing in myself. I always knew what I was capable of and what my potential was. Maybe this will sound “cringe” to some people, but there’s one thing I especially want to mention.

My teammates, my close friends, and of course our fans. I don’t need to point fingers or name anyone. Even when we were 0–5, there were people who never gave up on us and never stopped believing.

I hope I was able to make you proud and bring you some happiness, because more than anyone, you deserved it.

We had the first female player playing in DIV1 with @LolSayna.

In her 4 games, she won 2 & got an MVP.

She brought nothing but hard work, a humble and positive mindset to the table, elevating the entire team.

With her on the team, we won the split, 2 finals & made EMEA 2nd place.

We, at UOL, sincerely hope more organisation will consider female players and give them a chance. They deserve them.

The reactions to @G2esports's new creative direction are fascinating. It’s a perfect case study not just in art, but in how gaming communities respond the moment something steps outside the usual “esports” formula.

Shoutout to orgs that consistently push beyond that.
@FlyQuest has been doing an incredible job expanding creative direction especially with their apparel. The quality, the concepts and the intention feel considered all throughout. Big credit to @CARLIEB0T for setting that standard.

And then you have work that elevates the entire space. @TeamLiquid and @the3n19ma have been delivering visuals where you can clearly see there are well thought out moodboards and storyboarding behind them. The 2023 TL VALORANT roster announcement is still one of the best examples of 3D/CG work in esports.

I am sure there are some more examples but these are some that come to my mind right now.

Personally, I love what G2 is doing. It’s a real step away from the cookie-cutter, and that’s exactly what this space needs more of...

Art is art, and if it has gotten a reaction out of you then it has served its purpose.
