I know it’s not getting easier (in fact most days it is harder)… take a break and rest of necessary, but we must keep pushing for change.

We still have DEI and bias work to do in the workplace—these are also societies issues.

These issues, however, will be small compared to policy decisions and scaled bias in AI/algorithms that impact employees/customers. THIS will influence DEI across every industry. #FutureOfDEI
