Today I'm proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of Phase 5 of the Bluestone Dam project, and to thank Park Ranger John Drossart and Student Conservation Association intern Jed Lyle, who were honored today for rescuing two swimmers from drowning on Bluestone Lake last summer.
