@ch_venkatakshay @_buildspace Seems a lot of room in that area. One big issue I often found when I received / created tickets is giving context on the job to be done. The second issue is to get notified when the solution is push in production. It should be a celebration like "๐ Congrats for your help!"

@shgz3o@_buildspace You're right the proposition value is vague. This experience can be triggered at different level depending of companies difficulties to hire. It could be done for brand awareness on career website or during the hiring process (eg: post-screening)
@0xQuiint @_buildspace Will not provide candidates some job offers. CXP is not a sourcing tool but a transformation tool during the hiring process. As HR you'll plug the solution to your ATS so you can make pop this experience at the stage you decide (eg: post screening or post technical test)
