for Withdrawal Method

Example:
Period starts on May 16
Average cycle: 28–31 days

Step 1: Mark Day 1
Period starts → May 16
(This is Day 1)

Step 2: Find Ovulation Day
Add 14 days to May 16
→ May 30
(Approximate ovulation day)

Step 3: Fertile / Danger Window
High chance of pregnancy

Start: 4 days before ovulation → May 26
End: 5 days after ovulation → June 4

Fertile days: May 26 to June 4

→ Use withdrawal method every time
(Pull out before ejaculation)

Step 4: Safer Days
From June 6 onwards
(lower risk if cycle is regular)
You can ejaculate inside until next period starts

Important Warnings:
- This is NOT 100% safe
- Sperm can live up to 5 days inside
- Ovulation can change any time

Things that can change the cycle:
- Antibiotics
- Stress or shock
- Illness
- Travel
- Weight change

Always track her cycles for 3–6 months to be sure they stay 28–31 days.
