The magic of Major League doesn’t exist without Bob Uecker. His commentary was perfect and no other voice could have filled that role. A legendary commentator whose voice will be missed forever. Rest easy Bob.
"It's been a tough time and a lot of people have lost everything..
It's gonna be tough to rebuild in Southern California and you're talking about a multi-year comeback for so many of these areas"

Aaron Rodgers on what's next:
"I'm gonna get home and relax.. But I'm not going to hold anybody up. I'll have conversations tomorrow with the Jets to see what they're thinking, and then we will make a decision before it gets too late in the offseason."
Tuesday morning on Staten Island, Firefighter John Bergin, Jr., Ladder 157, will be one of 64 members promoted to Lieutenant. He was nine years old on September 11, 2001. His father, John P. Bergin, was working in Rescue 5 that morning and was killed when the towers collapsed.
“I wanted to be a firefighter for as long as I can remember. We stopped by my father’s firehouse while he was working, or he took us to work, or the firehouse picnics. As long as I can remember, that's what I wanted to do. So, I am lucky enough that I get to do that,” said Lieutenant Bergin. “I remember the day we were told that he wasn't coming home. My mother sat us down, me and my sisters, and tried to explain what was going on. We were all pretty young.”
“I'm looking forward to being able to pass on everything I was lucky enough to learn the last 10 years. I got to learn from a lot of a lot of good firefighters, a lot of good bosses. So, I hope I can pass that same knowledge on to the next generation of firefighters. I always tried to listen to the senior guys and the bosses, so hopefully I can be as good as them with everything they taught me,” said Bergin about his promotion.
Additionally, one Assistant Chief, four Deputy Assistant Chiefs, five Deputy Chiefs, 17 Captains, four Marine Wipers, and two Supervising Fire Marshals will be promoted during the ceremony.
Aaron Rodgers threw 116 INTs on 8,245 career pass attempts.
He threw the ball over 8,000 times and only 116 landed in the wrong hands.
We'll never see anything like it again.
