@MyntraSupport thank you . The shoes have finally been picked up and I have received my refund. Appreciate the help in escalation .

[Kanwal Preet @Candy2114]

@MyntraSupport no one has contacted me for this. How long am I supposed to wait ?

[Kanwal Preet @Candy2114]

@MyntraSupport @AnshumanRazput Please reply to my post as well. Quite unhappy . 20 days no resolution.

[Kanwal Preet @Candy2114]

Now even customer care is not responding to calls @MyntraSupport

[Kanwal Preet @Candy2114]

@abhilashV2704 @MyntraSupport @PiyushGoyal @myntra Same - it’s been 20 days .. and no one has picked up the product. First they deliver wrong product and because it’s a big amount don’t want to pick it and give refund @MyntraSupport

[Kanwal Preet @Candy2114]

What’s the point of adding a phone number to customer grievance when all we get is an automated reply to write an email. ? You want to see my brand new Columbia (fake shoes ) that I received from Myntra… 🙄 @MyntraSupport

[Kanwal Preet @Candy2114]

@mumbai_matters @mumbaicommunity well if we start following basic rules we won't need to bribe a traffic cop. Not their fault entirely
