@MBTA an Alewife train bypassed JFK/UMass without stopping for passengers, and it'll have been over 17 minutes between trains—if the next one arrives on time. Aren't trains supposed to be every 7–10 minutes in "the trunk"?

@MBTA with the main stair closed at JFK/UMass, getting to the shuttles and the commuter rail or the T from the other side is a mess and tremendously time consuming. So much so that I just missed my bus because I couldn't get to the pavement with the crowds.
