After 25+ years of smoking I quit one year I go today. it is never too late and it is on the best things I’ve ever done. If I can do it anyone can you just have to convince yourself. Just a smell of a cigarette on somebody’s hands my stomach anymore. I do use Zyn, but I am almost off of that also, 100%. Good luck to anybody out there, trying to quit smoking. If I can do it, anyone can good luck.
