Another round of strong to severe storms is expected this afternoon. Large hail and strong wind gusts will be the primary concern for storms along and north of I-80, with a conditional isolated tornado risk in far southeast NE & southwest IA.
We're starting to see a few thunderstorms pop up again this morning. Could see some hail with the stronger ones and can't completely rule out an isolated severe storm as we go through the morning.
Move indoors if storms approach your location.
We still have some severe weather potential today and again on Friday.
For today: there could be a few stronger storms with hail this morning, but the higher severe weather chances arrive this afternoon.
For Friday: all severe weather hazards will be possible.
