@Homebase_uk I’ve been waiting since Tuesday for someone to actually speak to me about garden furniture that has been delivered with items missing, broken and covered in mould! Everytime I speak to someone on your shared chat with Wilkos I’m being told to wait another 48 hours!

Then we have to pay £100 when the whole thing with decent flights & hotels was £90 cheaper if I’d done it myself. I just want my money back but looking at the comments that isn’t going to happen.

@wowcher Honestly this is the worst thing I did. You’re essentially stealing peoples money and then ignoring everyone who wants a refund for the shocking treatment they’re having with Travelodeal.
@LancsLassEmma@wowcher @travelodeal @BBCWatchdog You won’t look into it though! You just send people back and forwards between your emails and Travelodeal who have 0 customer service and just want to charge double what the actual trip is worth.

The flights / hotel were shocking, not worth the £99 “deal” I’ve contacted their customer service team and complaints email and all I get is “we’re passing you over to Travelodeal” who have 0 customer service and told me it’s “my own fault for booking with wowcher”
@wowcher I need to speak to someone at wowcher and not Travelodeal. The £99 mystery holiday is being massively priced up and Travelodeal said it’s my own fault because I brought through you! You keep passing me to them and they pass me to you.
@Wowcher_Support I need to speak to wowcher and not someone at Travelodeal. I do not wish to go ahead with the £99 mystery deal I purchased as the only flights which aren’t an additional £100 make the two day trip a day and half. Travelodeal say it’s you- you say it’s them.
@Tesco hi, I brought a lounge set from one of your stores this morning. I’ve come to wrap it for Xmas and the top and bottom have tags on them still. I can’t find the receipt- if I take it back to the same store will they remove the tags without proof of purchase?
