The location of hard rock and the convenience of parking+revenue+luxury searing+low rent pmts are a big
deal. Location is really important for Canes from Orlando, Fort Pierce, Palm Beach County Fort Lauderdale Naples, Tampa I sit with a ton of folks from all of these places. A smaller South Miami stadium wouldn’t make financial sense and we’d lose thousand of fans from the Orlando&pts South that don’t wanna deal with the traffic & parking hassles.

UAthletics also had record revenue $240M. Baseball should move the needed. We’re a damn handful of blue bloods in the sport. Find the money. It’s there.
