@DoorDash_Help I recently talked to a DoorDash employee who said I should have been helped for this. I haven’t used DoorDash since this order was stolen. Prior to that, I was a regular customer.

I had to break up with @DoorDash because I was super loyal and used them, even on vacation, but when an order I sent to my elderly parents went missing, they rejected my claim and denied any attempts for a refund/redeliver. Packing up my toys and going to a different sandbox.
