@kylerlives @Allsaints112@1KCX1@PaulTassi Half the maps, a class, at the very least 75% of the story, at the very least 75% of the progression, an entire faction, an entire class of enemies, the ranked mode, effectively half of the weapons
@GiantsRuinedMe@cotswamp@tjayjones8 Bone breaks are the only injuries that heal back 100%. They are unlucky injuries that are not predictive of future issues or a decline in play. Soft tissue injuries are the ones you have to worry about.
@AggrendWoW@KianOlausson Guilds that want to blast through easy content can move up to 40 man, guilds that want to challenge themselves can stay with their current 20 and feel that they are earning more than just numbers on a third party website.
@AggrendWoW@KianOlausson If you guys still plan on eventually moving up to 40 man raids you could satisfy both people who want easy raids and challenging raids by adding some kind of cosmetic reward for clearing the raid with less than 20 people. Basically an activated hardmode without the work.
@AggrendWoW@evangelism I think there's a lot of wiggle room between "the average casual guild can clear this place their first night with no preraid gear/buffs/consumes" and "the average casual guild can clear this place in a couple of nights after grinding their preraid gear and coming prepared"
@AggrendWoW@evangelism Hate to hear it but appreciate the honest response. I don't think anyone is looking for mythic or even heroic level raids in SOD, but the version of ST we had after the first set of nerfs at least required us to engage with the content and improve our characters to clear.
@AggrendWoW@evangelism What kind of difficulty do you plan to aim for future SOD raids? ST initially looked like it might actually take a bit of gear progression for the average guild to full clear which was very cool, but it's been nerfed 3(4?) times by now. Is this just because it isn't lvl60?
@AggrendWoW@EdvinKosenkov I don't know if going from every hunter using scoprid to every hunter using wind serpent count as more variety. I'm not sure if wind serpents are performing differently on your internal testing server than they are on live, but they are more broken than scorpid was.
@AggrendWoW The sweatlord consensus on vanilla has been that alliance is stronger due to paladins for a long, long time. Despite this, in 2019 horde was the much more populous faction. Actual gameplay balance barely matters. Factions must be actively curated through faction queues/transfers.
@AggrendWoW@Lezzemos@Blenderer If RMT/Gold selling is a problem, how does offering an official avenue to engage in it mitigate the problem? As someone who thinks players being able to buy power/an advantage is bad, why do I care if they buy it from Blizzard or a third party?
@StaySafeWarlock Raid frames are nice, just do what UI mods do but better. Having to buy smoke flares to use instead of ground markers was more immersive and RPG-y but not the end of the world. The debuff issues are the big ones for sure.
