If you’re depressed, you might lack a purpose. You can’t just do dopamine releasing activities all day (video games, porn, drugs) and expect to be truly happy. Whether it’s a passion, hobby, or mission in life, a purpose gets you excited to leave your bed in the morning
@jh3yy I agree CSS can be mastered very quickly but idk why it's being compared to JavaScript. CSS isn't a programming language. JS is used for complex logic. It's like comparing a penguin to a pigeon. Sure, they're both birds, but they don't even come close to doing the same things

When I was first learning to program, there were times when I'd study a new technique, I'd find it very cool and useful and just hope I'd remember it for a future project.
Avoid plain carbs + caffeine for breakfast (e.i. bagels and coffee). This was my go to breakfast for years. But, you want to regulated your glucose levels to maintain energy throughout your day.
If you have an exam the next day, instead of staying up late cramming - get some rest.
Relax your brain, make some tea, put on some soft music and go to bed early. You’ll wake up rested with mental clarity.
