@cmclymer To anybody thinking these org’s are bowing to political pressure: My college physiology texts in 1985 taught multiple definitions of sex, & that gonadal, chromosomal, endocrine & brain sex can all disagree. This was long before trans rights was a thing. Just plain biology.

Cube sweet potatoes & stir fry in coconut oil

For the gravy, sauté onions, then add the rest of the veggies & season to taste

When sweet potatoes are about ready - add in cheese curds and pour on the gravy!! 🤙🏾
