@O2 Extremely unimpressed. January I transferred ownership of my daughter's mobile number to her, and still to this day, a catalogue of failures, from call centre staff means she still doesn't have her number. I'm still paying the bill for the phone number. Sort your system out.

Dear @asda,
Tonight has been eventful. I bought a decorative lantern style candle, for my husband.

Anyhow the handle fell off immediately but it still looked alright. So we kept it.

What wasn't alright was the blinking thing exploding a shard of glass from the side, onto the side table covering everywhere with wax.

So I am now picking out wax from the TV remote with a husband who is foaming.
