I’ve never done this before but here is every single card in my lineup and how it fits into my PERSONAL credit strategy.
💳 Chase Freedom Unlimited - 1.5x on every single purchase. If I’m not eating at a restaurant and I’m low on chase points this becomes my go to card. I earn on this card and transfer to…
💳 Chase Sapphire Preferred - this is my portal to Chase transfer partners. I usually transfer my Chase Freedom points here then transfer them to World Of Hyatt for really cheap hotel stays.
I earn on my Freedom and use my Preferred to transfer the points out.
💳 Chase Sapphire Reserve (Authorized User) - My sister holds the CSR in my family so for $75 a year i get access to priority pass.
This gives me access to most of the airport lounges & $56 in dining credit at certain airport restaurants.
In a situation where it doesn’t make sense to transfer to an airline partner or the cash rate for a flight is insanely cheap. I transfer my chase freedom points over to my sisters CSR and she’ll book the flight for me using the Chase Travel Portal.
Since Chase Ultimate Reward points are valued at 1.5 cents per point using the CSR travel portal it just makes sense.
💳 Chase Business Ink- i got a 200,000 point sign up bonus for this card with $0 annual fee. Have traveled on this one sign up bonus for a while.
💳 Amex Blue Business Plus - 2x points on everything. Basically my daily driver when trying to earn Amex points.
💳 Amex Business Gold- simple 4x on dining. 4x on ads.
When i run ads for my company or i go out to eat. This is the only card i use.
Since I’m close to JFK (a Delta hub) i tend to use my Amex points to book Delta flights. If not Delta I’ll transfer them to British airways for short distance flights.
💳 Amex Delta Skymiles Platinum- card sucks tbh been meaning to cancel it but i get a free companion pass every year. Meaning if i pay cash for a roundtrip flight to California my girlfriend travels for free.
This is also the card that got me TSA Pre Check/ Global Entry.
Super clutch when going to the airport. This mixed with Lounge airport access makes the whole airport experience 10x better
💳 Amex Marriott Bonvoy - $125 a year annual fee BUT i get 15 free elite nights every year to help me renew Marriott Platinum status & you also get a free night award every year.
With Marriott Platinum it becomes super easy to get upgraded from a standard $100 room to a $500 suite.
So think about it. For $125 i get a free night award which i use THEN leverage my status to get upgraded to a suite.
💳 Amex Everyday Card- just my first American Express card.
💳 Citi AA card - used this card to earn status with American Airlines.
Why ? Because it’s super simple to get upgraded with American Airlines
💳 First Tech Credit Card - it’s just a card that if you get approved you automatically get a $25,000 limit. Used this to build my credit report to get approved for travel cards.
My strategy FOCUSES on one thing and that’s why it works so well.
“Jack of all trades, Master of none”
@vers_laLune The debt will definitely appear on the credit report
Although the hospital won’t report
The debt collector that’s assigned definitely will if the debt is over $500
Can you settle? Of course
