We're preserving history while investing in our future.
CapMetro has begun reassembling a more than 100-year-old historic bridge from our track over Walnut Creek to Springdale and Bolm Rd.
This allows us to preserve the bridge and complete essential track work while improving visibility for our customers and the community.
The relocation is funded by a Federal Railroad Administration CRISI grant and won't affect CapMetro service or future Mokan Trail plans.
Moms have been navigating for us long before Google Maps existed. π Wishing a wonderful Mother's Day to all the moms in our @CapMetroATX family and across Austin. π
No one has a better internal GPS than mom. π Thanks for always knowing the way.
