CNN is already promoting another round of investigations into Trump's businesses—this time, focusing on the publicly-traded Truth Social.

"It's not just credulous...stock-buyers; I think we're going to find much more serious SEC...stuff going on to drive the price in this way, so there may be yet another round of investigations," said guest David Frum.

Now imagine this scenario:

A foreign government approaches him through a back channel and requests a favor should he win the 2024 election. They then in return decide to pump $5 billion into Trump's now public company, raising the market cap by billions of dollars. Trump owns the majority of shares and then decides to dump his shares at a value that nets him billions of dollars. He then uses the funds to dump into his campaign to make sure he wins the election. There is no trace of bribery nor any way for the government to claim he did anything illegal unless they have access to the back channel.

Why the hell does this not worry anyone who supports the man who was found liable of fraud and has been charged with violations under the ESPIONAGE ACT?
