4-hour commutes, 3 transfers, more time in transit than in lectures. Our students deserve better.
With the B.C. provincial budget just around the corner, student groups from @AMS_UBC, @CapStudentUnion, @bcitsa, @SFSS1 are sounding a collective call to action for immediate investment in the Access for Everyone transit expansion plan.

CapU students deserve better! We’ve endured cancelled routes, unreasonable wait times, and excessive transfers for too long. We urge an immediate revision of the R2 RapidBus and Bus Rapid Transit routes. #northvan@mayors_council@Mike4DNVMayor@LindaCBuchanan@SusieChant_nvs
Disappointed that @TransLink is once again passing us by for much-needed transit investment. The Bus Rapid Transit plan and R2 RapidBus extension fall short for @CapilanoU students, failing to save our commuters time. We need real inclusion in regional transit plans #sorrybusfull
By-election update: The CSU’s independent elections administrator has delayed the publication of the preliminary results until after the weekend as they continue to respond to a number of serious complaints that could have a material effect on the by-election results.
Reflecting on this moment from our MMIWG March in February as we prepare to observe National Day for Truth and Reconciliation tomorrow. Let's remember, learn, and take meaningful action toward a future where justice, healing, and equity prevail. 🧡 #NDTR
