Absolutely shocked by the irresponsible conduct of @atherenergy and sheer dadagiri by its dealer Ather Alankar, Rukunpura, Bailey Road, Patna.
Asking for the bills against the amount paid by me, I was manhandled and beaten by all the male staffs of dealership on 17/10/2025 — an act completely unacceptable in a civil setup.
An FIR has been registered, and I’ve shared CCTV footage, pictures of injuries, and the copy of FIR with the Ather head office.
Instead of taking firm action, Ather’s customer care shockingly defended the manager, suggesting the customer might have “done something foolish” to provoke the assault.
This is not customer service — it’s corporate empathy and moral turpitude. If there was any dispute, the agency could’ve taken legal recourse, not violence.

So this is ather's response after a month.
Instead of taking strict action for its customers safety, they are hiding behind pity excuses to save its premium partners who can charge whatever they want without any fear.

@atherenergy Dont need your sympathy or concern. Just take some struct actions. Your customer care justified the manhandling by the manager citing that agency has been operating for four years and no such incident has been reported. They blamed me for the incident without going through cctv

@AmazonHelp But you must understand there are specific situations to every issues which cannot have a defined set of replies. That needs to heard in personal on call, but the same is not provided in my case

@AmazonHelp I know the resolution cannot be provided here..... But since i have already filed a complaint, investigation is under progress since more than 48 hours.... There must be means for me to communicate with investigation team. Since i am the prime aggreived and loser here
