Gm! A bit pushed for time so here’s a shameless AI maxx 🤮 summary of Caper updates:

The headline: Caper is faster, the on-chain economics are more complete ($XRD value capture + clean exits), and the story is clearer than ever. 🚀
🎉 Caper Community Update — Late May → Early June
The last two weeks were huge. We shipped real on-chain protocol upgrades, a major performance overhaul, a sharper product story, and a ton of UI polish. Here’s everything that landed.
⛓️ Protocol & On-Chain
$XRD is now a first-class caper. Native XRD is reinstated as its own caper with XRD itself as the governance token — no genesis mint, no bonding curve, no founder scaffolding. Even better: the sell-leg trade fee from every other caper now flows into the $XRD treasury and is distributed pro-rata to $XRD holders on exit. Hold $XRD, share in the network’s trading activity.
One-transaction exits that sweep everything. EXIT now picks up arbitrary deposits sitting in a treasury — including tokens sent directly to the treasury address, not just the tracked set. The exit dialog enumerates the treasury via the Gateway so nothing gets left behind. One tx, full sweep.
Vampire uniqueness enforced. You can no longer create a second vampire bound to the same origin resource — protected on-chain by a new registry.
A big “parsimony” cleanup tightened the contracts (typed winner-resolution enum, shared helpers, fewer unwraps) — all 62 integration tests passing.
⚡ Performance — the site got fast
Partial Prerendering is live (Next 16 Cache Components). The homepage was fully dynamic with a ~518ms uncached TTFB. Now every route serves a static shell from the edge while the live on-chain sections stream in over it — with identical on-chain fidelity (one shared ledger snapshot per render, zero drift).
Plus a drift-safe render-path overhaul:
• Removed a blocking Gateway round-trip from every page’s critical path
• Coalesced the cold-render snapshot seed into a single gateway call
• Instant skeleton screens when navigating to create-caper, create-proposal, and proposal pages
• Deleted dead code (BlockEditor) and pruned ~25 packages from the lockfile
💰 Sharper Product Story
• Fundraising is now front and center on the home page and docs — leading with the raise → deploy narrative
• New “Raising funds” docs section covering curve/treasury raising and PAYOUT/INVEST deploying
• New hero copy: “Locally chaotic.” → “Globally stable.”
• Docs intro rewritten around the ownership / liquidity / incentives framing
🎨 UI / UX Polish
• New login button: acid-green fill with a red-wing attention pulse
• Footer finally foots — pinned to the bottom on every screen, even short pages (several layout fixes for the sticky navbar)
• Bottom-aligned form actions with a clean action bar; breadcrumb now renders as the page title
• “Get the wallet” flow — missing-wallet connects now route to a docs section with App Store / Google Play / Connector deep links
• HEIC/HEIF logo uploads (Apple photos) now supported, with graceful decode failures
• Relabeled “Locked” → “Backing”, now showing the actual XRD collateralising each token
• Responsive fixes for the profile hero and the live-feed collapse handle
🛠️ Developer Infrastructure
• Headless Stokenet redeploys — the redeploy script now builds, notarizes, and submits every step in-process with a deployer key. No more opening the Stokenet Console and waiting on wallet signatures, and wrong-key mistakes fail in under a second.

DeFi summer promised financial freedom. Instead we got governance attacks, rug pulls, and whale dominance. DeFi spring - the cleanup - starts with Caper.
Radix will be the home of DAOs because it's the only chain built for DeFi from scratch. Everything else is retrofitting. We're building on the right foundation.
Swarm intelligence emerges when individual incentives align with collective goals. That's not philosophy, it's game theory. And it's exactly what Caper optimizes for.
Guys this was excellent. So much to learn. It felt like there was a general theme of the world learning to be human again and DAOs being at the forefront of that. Perhaps economic development so far has been like losing weight too quickly / artificially (and thanks to @durgadasjii for being so candid) without learning how to live properly in our own bodies. Meme coins are an example of such artificial coordination: there's an inchoate desire to be part of a tribe but without the long term commitment to building something of value, conflict resolution, etc… DAOs are putting in the work to learn how be human at an organizational level, without the infantilization of strict hierarchies and circumscribed responsibility. The infants are crying "DAOs are dead" because they don't realize the work required to build something of value collectively. Thanks again. Can't wait for next week! 🖤💚❤️
@0xThriller What we think is “fun” and “entertaining” in this industry may not be considered such outside of CT
We need to solve for equity, flattening hierarchy/coordination, accessibility and opportunity as well as equitable distro of wealth
