Total supply: 1 billion $XBG tokens

XBG will be issued as an ERC-20 token, bridgeable across Solana and EVMs via our integration with Wormhole. The distribution and unlocking of XBG is as follows:

COMMUNITY FOCUSED

More than 50% of XBG is dedicated to the community.

18% of the XBG supply will be directly dedicated to the XBorg community through in-app rewards and airdrops. 24.5% of the XBG Supply will be dedicated towards ecosystem development and growth, decided by community voting.

Our community was among the first XBorg investors with a community seed raise of 4% of the XBG supply. An additional 5% is allocated to the community via the upcoming XBG Presale.

UNLOCK SCHEDULE

100% of the XBG token supply will be unlocked within 80 months of launching the token.

At TGE, 5.85% of the total token supply will be unlocked. After 1 year, 16% of the supply will be unlocked.

TOKEN ONLY

We’ve refrained from raising capital through equity, enabling us to concentrate fully on generating value for token holders rather than shareholders. This commitment showcases our dedication to being truly community-centric.

Through our XBG reward pool, XBG holders will be able to receive value generated from the XBorg protocol and applications, based on their contribution to the ecosystem.

FAIR DISTRIBUTION

We didn't seek funding from VCs; instead, we attracted support from distinguished figures in the industry such as executives and business angels from FaceIt/ESL, Ethereum Foundation, YGG, and Lens Protocol, among others.

Therefore, the distribution of XBG tokens is equitable, with the largest investor holding only 0.4% of the token supply.

We believe Web3 projects should mirror the ethos of ICOs, where VCs don’t hold massive sway and token allocations prioritise fairness to the community.
