The arbitration panel also considered the appeals of Prabhjot Gill, Akamjot Boparai and Maninder Sidhu. They have upheld the decision to disqualify the candidates.

The CSU's independent arbitration panel met five times about the appeal of various candidates. Angad Brar, candidate for president, has been reinstated as the panel disagreed with the penalty of disqualification.
