📉 Cash ISA limits are changing — what does it mean for savers and investors?
From April 2027, the Cash ISA allowance for under‑65s will fall from £20k to £12k, while the overall ISA limit stays the same. The goal is to encourage more investing, but evidence suggests many savers are unlikely to switch automatically.
✅ For those open to investment, Innovative Finance ISAs (IFISAs), as offered by CapitalRise, can offer tax‑free returns through options such as property‑backed lending.

The loan will fund the construction of a stunning four-bedroom home in Hampstead’s Vale of Health – one of London’s most exclusive residential enclaves.
